There are many tools out there you can use for work remotely with your organization.
I created a list of free tools for everyone to jump right into action and work remotely using it.
Zoom - Up to 100 participants
Unique features:
- Chat option: Offers a chat room for all attendees as well as an option for direct messaging
- Multi-share: Multiple presenters can present at the same time
- Whiteboard: Offers a whiteboard to put down ideas for discussion
Clickmeeting - Up to 25 participants
Unique features:
- File storage: You can record your online Sketch Meetup and save the file on your computer
- Extra presenter: Multiple presenter option
- Whiteboard: Offers a whiteboard to put down ideas for discussion
Google Hangouts - Up to 25 participants
Webex - Up to 25 participants
Unique features:
- File sharing: You can easily upload and share files
FaceTime - Up to 32 participants
Skype - Up to 50 participants
Unique features:
- Screen sharing: Multiple attendees can share their own screens
- Reactions: Alongside group chat, Skype offers reactions too š
