I'm trying to plan a February social meetup for the group. No presentations at this event, just a chance to get together and discuss what's happening. Depending on the venue, we could provide a limited menu, or a selection of appetizers, soft drinks, coffee or tea. You would be on your own for any alcohol.
Would it be better to do this downtown, or possibly we could rotate these around different locations. Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, Richmond, North Van.
So I'm looking for suggestions for venues. This could be a pub or a restaurant with an area that is suitable for us to meet and chat.
The Seattle Atlassian user group does these at lunch time. Would that be interesting?
