Give us a feedback on your experience of managing/working with multiple sites in your org!

Hello Atlassian Community!
My name is Shuchi, and I'm a Product Manager on the Jira Platforms team at Atlassian.
We're conducting research to better understand the challenges customers face when collaborating across multiple Jira instances. We're particularly interested in speaking with Jira admins and end-users who manage or work across two or more sites. Your insights will help us develop customer-first solutions and make instance federation seamless.
How Can You Help?

If you manage or work across multiple Jira sites, we'd love to hear from you! Please fill out this form to ensure you're a good fit for our study, and we'll schedule a time that works for you.
What’s Involved?
  • 1:1 Session: We'll schedule a video conference session with selected participants, so you can join from anywhere.
  • Discussion: We'll start with a general chat to get to know you, then dive into your experiences and challenges with managing multiple instances.
  • Gratitude: As a thank you, you'll receive a gift from Atlassian at the end of the research process.
Your input is invaluable in helping us build great products. If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this post or email me directly at syagnik@atlassian.com.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Pass on the call, but here's a major one for me. Email notifications, especially admin (license, billing, security, etc) ones don't tell me which site they are related to. Leads to constant confusion for me. My guess is the same is true for other Partners.

Calling is difficult to do, so I am posting here.
I would like a count of the number of Atlassian Guard billing users per site. It would be even better if we could retrieve the number of past billing users.

This is because we need to prorate our costs based on the number of Atlassian Guard users per site.

I absolutely agree with @Boris Berenberg - Modus Create . Notification should CLEARLY indicate for which site the notification is sent. As an Atlassian Solution Partner, I have access to many cloud sites of our clients and there can be no confusion about notifications.
