We have a free Trello workspace for work and to collab with a client. We have done for the past 5yrs no issues.
We have reached our 10 person limit on the new limit Atlassian have put in place (and I can not change my old work email to new email for the admin I am set to on the free package...)
I really want to TALK to someone before going down the route of upgrading to Premium. Concerned all the info will be lost and at present there is no way to get through to an actual person if this problem occurs.

Are you experiencing any error messages when attempting to update your email address? If you see a note indicating that the email is already in use, it likely means you already have an Atlassian account linked to that address. The ideal solution here would be to invite your new account as a Workspace admin, ensuring you have access to everything you need before removing the old account.
While I understand it might be frustrating that creating a support ticket isn't available for free Workspaces (it's a feature for paid subscriptions), I'm genuinely here to assist you in any way I can!
