trello move cards

We have recently signed up to Trello and created a number of boards. One of which you can see here: https://trello.com/b/eCd56nOE/strategy-client-mktg

We have several users on this board. Some of the users can drag and drop cards but others can't and when they try the card flicks back to the original position. We also tried opening the card and using the action panel >> move >> column and that didn't work either. 

This is blocking our new workflow and causing a huge headache. 
The users who can move cards are Matt Charlton. 

The users who can't move cards are Thomas Chubb and Imelda Kelly. 

We have other users on other boards with the same issues. 

Please can someone advise what we need to do as soon as possible

It seems like a permissions issue. To resolve this, you can try the following steps:

1. Make sure that Thomas Chubb and Imelda Kelly have the necessary permissions to move cards. They should have at least "edit" or "move" permissions on the board. You can check this by going to the board settings and selecting "Members" or "Permissions."

2. If the permissions are set correctly and the issue persists, try removing Thomas Chubb and Imelda Kelly from the board and then re-adding them. This can sometimes refresh their permissions.

3. If the problem still persists, you might want to contact Trello support directly via https://trello.com/contact  They can assist you further with troubleshooting and resolving the issue.
