this free workspace has reached the limit of 10 employees???

Hello,

I am a new member of team in a company and I have the following error message after invitation to the team:

After I clicked on the invantationlink, the following message appears, see attached mail.

You cannot join this board The invitation link may have been deactivated or this free workspace has reached the limit of 10 employees. Contact the person who sent you the link for more information.

How can we fix the problem. The colleague has already tried to adjust the number of team members, but still gets the same error message.

If the workspace is not paid for, whether payment has expired or it was a free workspace to begin with, then no more users may join the board. It's a hard limit of 10.

If the workspace is paid, the owner may need to send you a new link. If they have removed team members to make room for you, they must be removed from the whole workspace, not just the board, if I'm not mistaken.
