new user for Premium board

Someone has already a premium account for his own boards and is paying a monthly premium membership. Can I invite this person for free to my Premium boards or do I have to pay again for him or her, even when his registered email address has olready a premium membership, which is until now not connected to my boards? I should mention that Trello subscriptions are linked to a Workspace rather than a user account. A subscription cost depends on the number of Workspace members (including admins) and multi-board guests. 

With that said, if you add the mentioned user to only 1 board within your paid Workspace, you won't experience any additional charges. However, if you decide to add them to your Workspace as a member or add them to more than 1 board, you'll be charged a prorated fee for an additional seat in your Workspace.
