Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.
I'm guessing you're wanting to reduce your billing, so wont suggest making them workspace members 😂
Simply by making them single board guests, which involves removing them from all boards except 1. The easiest way is to go to the members section of the workspace click the option to remove multi-board guests from certain boards:
