I've got a couple of ideas that might help:

1. Board Visibility: It’s possible that the board your members are trying to access is set to private. If they're not added as members of that board, they won't be able to see it. You can change the board's visibility to be workspace-wide, so anyone in your workspace can view it. If you're okay with it being even more open, you could make it public. 2. Inviting Members: Another possibility is that the members need to be invited directly to the board or to the workspace. You can invite them to the board here: Adding people to a board, or to the workspace here: Inviting people to a workspace.
