maximum users

System says I cannot add more users since we've reached the max of 10 and need to upgrade to a paid version...but we've only got 4 users. Help please...

The user limit is at the workspace level and not board level. It could be that are multiple boards in that workspace and in total across all of them, there are 10 users. You can check that by going to the members page of your workspace https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/

Hi,

look under atlassian administration -> products how many user do you have to each product.

I think, you can add max 5 user to JIRA Software for example.
