i have lost activity option from my cards

i can't see the activity section on the card so all history of comments has disappeared

HI you advised on Friday that this problem had been resolved however, i have just logged into the system and it the activity log is still not showing.  is there someone i can speak to to try and resolve this as i have lost all my activity

Hi @sian smith, we've found the root cause of this issue, and this should be restored for you within a few hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, if you need a more urgent workaround, converting your board from a template to a regular board should also fix this issue for you. You can do this from the board sidebar:

Hi @sian smith - do you see a button to "Show activity" ? If so clicking this might restore comment history for you. 

If that doesn't work, can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

no there is no activity section now, its completely disappeared.  The only way it will allow me to use activity is by creating a new board which will allow me to make comments but i have lost all old comments.  I want to regain access to activity on the original board as this is shared between a few members
