Admin cant add me to the board, It keeps saying Whoops, you are not a member of the board, even we changed status of board from Private to Public, doesnt work. Please help

Can you confirm if the boards is on a free workspace and how many users it have? There's a chance the workspace is already with the maximum number of users, can you share the URL of the board so I can check on the system?
