I hope someone can help me here. I was just invited to Workspace and used the link to join in. I did join in and it looked like I have access to everything. 

I then realised I had another Workspace where I was a member - my ex-company and I removed myself. Unfortunately, this removed me from the current Workspace too - not a great start with the new company! 

I asked then to send another invite and check the member status, which they did but I am still unable to join in! 

Can you please help me resolve this?

Hi, Lydia!

It sounds like you've encountered a bit of a mix-up with your Trello Workspaces. If you accidentally left the new company's Workspace, the easiest solution is for an admin of that Workspace to invite you back again. Here's link that might help: Inviting People to a Workspace.

However, based on your description, it also seems possible that you might be logging in with two different accounts—one from your previous company and another for your new one. This could be why you're experiencing access issues. I recommend double-checking the email account you're using to log in to Trello to ensure it's the correct one associated with your new company's Workspace.
