Will I be billed for each user or users who exceeded 10 free users limit?

In standart plan there is 10 free users, so If I upgrade, will these users be included for free? 
For example I have team of 15, will I be billed for 15 users or 5?

@Владислав Вергелес you'll be billed for each _workspace member_.  But you don't have to make someone a workspace member to be part of your boards. 

So for instance, remove people from workspace members and just add them to a board and you will only pay for yourself as a workspace member. However if you want to add them to multiple boards, you'll also pay for them and you'll pay for each user, regardless of how many. Let me know if that makes sense! It's kinda tricky to explain.
