Why wont my Trello boards connect to JIRA using the JIRA powerup

I have readded my boards to a paid workspace and now I am unable to get any of them to connect to JIRA all I get is 'Trello is connect to your JIRA please wait' but nothing happens.  It had been working previously. 

I have tried updating the settings in the Power up card and from the JIRA icon on the board.  

I have disabled the power up and reconnected but have had no success just keep getting the same message.

Hi, Colleen!

Usually, Trello takes a few seconds to establish that connection before moving to the next screen where it exchanges authorization. If you're stuck on that screen, would you mind trying it again on a different browser? If you could do that process on an incognito/private window, that'd be even better.

If that doesn't work, could you check if there are any console errors in your browser when you're waiting for that connection to be established?
