Why is content I'm adding to the description box disappearing?

Hi, 

I'm making edits to the project in the description section of a card. When I hit save, the edits are gone! 

I can make and save changes to the description in other cards in the same list or other lists on the board and in those cases the content is actually being saved! 

Does anyone have a thought as to why it's not saving in the one card? I don't think others in the team have it open.

Hello Julianna,
I just checked our queue and didn't see any reports similar to yours. I'll need more information. :)
Let's check your browser first. Clearing your cache and cookies and allowing cookies would fix this type of error.

If that doesn't work, let's:
1- Test using an incognito window of a supported browser like Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge
2- Test in a different browser
