When I want to log in, it asks for my e-mail address and password and I type it correctly. Then it asks for the 8-digit code sent to my e-mail address. This code does not come to my e-mail address. I check the junk and spam folder. What should I do?

The e-mail address I want to log in: semih.ozcan@icmimarlikistanbul.com

I went and took a look at your email address through our email logs, and it actually looks like the emails are erroring out with a specific error code. The logs do successfully indicate that the emails are attempting to reach you, but are getting stopped/blocked once attempting to reach your inbox. From what I can see, it does look like this issue happens to be on your company's end, possibly meaning that our certain email addresses are just not able to cross through your mail network so you can receive the emails.

The error that I am seeing in our system is the following:

550 5.7.1 Command rejected

Because of this, I would recommend reaching out to your IT team and letting them know so they can take a look and see if there's anything on their end that would be restricting Atlassian emails from coming in.

I will also attach the following link here: Not Receiving Confirmation Emails. This link will show all of the "From" email addresses Atlassian uses and can help your company's IT / Mail server team ensure that these addresses are whitelisted and able to come through.

I hope this information helps. If you or your company's team have any more questions, feel free to let me know!
