Why does it take longer sometimes for a Trello card to open and let me edit it

When I open a card on an iPhone and then try to edit it, sometimes it takes 5-10 seconds before it will let me edit. Why?

Does your board have any attachments to it? Custom fields? All the content of the card is taking your memory space. 

To resolve this:

• Clear Cache - Sometimes, cached data in the iOS app will cause your iOS device to be out of sync with the web interface. Close the app, then relaunch it
• Log out and log back in to the app
• As the last resort, reinstall the application - if you are facing the issues of slow load time of your cards, reinstall the application

Finally, if none of these solutions work, you would need to contact Trello support, but before that you would need to take these steps:

• Open your Trello app and choose Account

• Scroll down and choose Diagnostic Reports

• Choose your report. The most recent diagnostic report will show at the top of the list.

• Choose the Share button in the top right corner to export the JSON file

• Repeat this process for each log that you want to send us

• Attach that file to your support ticket at http://www.trello.com/contact
