My team and I have been using Trello (free account) for several years without incident. Starting on Monday, November 11, when some -- but not all -- team members try to log into trello.com, instead of getting the usual login page for entering email address and then password, they are getting an error message similar to this one:
Request Id: b62ed506-3b19-4662-9009-217e3d08ea00
Correlation Id: d1ab90d7-aa2e-4a6c-917e-70131adfbd49

Message: AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application Atlassian Cloud ('288e1568-3b19-4f50-82ca-3d54e282dc69') to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user '[email redacted]' is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.
Because of this, these users can't access Trello at all -- and can't even access this help forum. Has anyone else experienced this?
Hi Gregory, welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Your company manages your email domain, so this allow them to select which users have access to Atlassian products. You can learn more about this here.
If you don't know who are the Atlassian Organization admins for your company, I suggest contacting your IT department to let them know about this issue.
