We have multiple cards and lots of attachments. Our board Observers cannot see any of them. They can see the activity of the attachment being added to the board but cannot see or open the attachment.
In the activity, you can see that there are attachments added to the card but there is no where to see the Actual attachments. Clicking the activity does not open the attachment either

What are your workspace settings? And which permissions do members have when you check the Members tab? You can only write, no screenshots for privacy reasons.

I do not know what setting you're talking about. Here is what the settings look like, nothing about attachments. They are Single-board guests.

In general all users need to be able to see the attachments on the board. Guests can indeed view and edit the boards they have been added to. Since all of the troubleshooting has been done from the community side, this needs to be escalated for Atlassian to take a look by raising a support ticket which can be raised here

How many of users are affected by this issue? Kindly confirm that they can indeed access the project and see the board. Furthermore, there are no permissions that define if users rather can see the attachments.

730 Board Observers are having issues. They can see everything except attachments. This has been an issue over the last 2 weeks.

Understood, can you provide a screenshot of the issue that one of those users see? Blur all of the confidential data that you don't want to be seen.
