I am an admin in a in a guest workspace and can view and access everything on my laptop but when logging into the app, it doesnt show any boards or workspaces? Is this an issue specifically with the app not syncing or am I missing something? Thanks!

First, let me clarify what being a guest is in Trello. A guest is simply someone who has been added to one or more boards in a particular Workspace, but not to the Workspace itself.
If you want to access the boards you're a member of but you aren't in the Workspaces they sit in, you need to scroll past your Workspaces in the 'Boards' section of the Trello app until you get to a heading which says 'Guest Workspaces', which will then show you the boards you're looking for.
