Why I can't open Butler interface?

Why I can't open Butler interface?

When I click Butler it shows only automation tips for me. But I want to create new triggers. I'm confused. Can anybody help?

Are you able to share a screenshot of what you see? It should look like this:

I can't able to see left side of the panel, that is the issue in my opinion.

No there is nothing something like that or other menus. Maybe it's because I'm using win7 and an old laptop.

Hmm maybe! Are you using the Trello desktop app, or the web app? If web app, what browser? Maybe try in different browsers?
