1- Which is the best Trello account for one user working on a thesis?

2- The Trello Gold was perfect for me, now the system is being changed and I am wondering what will happen to my old files and setup?

Hi @RealityCheck 👋

It depends on what feature you found most beneficial with Trello Gold for example if it was for the use of more Power Ups then you don't have to worry any more as you get unlimited Power Ups now with the free plan. 

If it was for file size such as 250MB per file attachment over 10MB then the Standard plan would be more beneficial.

Personally, I did my thesis with the free Trello plan which is not better than ever with the below features:

• Unlimited cards
• Up to 10 boards per Workspace
• Unlimited Power-Ups per board
• Unlimited storage (10MB/file)
• 250 Workspace command runs per month
• Custom backgrounds & stickers
• Unlimited activity log
• Assignee and due dates
• iOS and Android mobile apps
• 2-factor authentication
