Where is billing

I am an Admin on my account / workspace.  I do not find a billing link within settings. From what I read, there should be a billing link.  Why do I not see a billing link?

You can go to your workspace's billing page by going to this link https://trello.com/[your-Workspace-name-goes-here]/billing (remember to insert your workspace name there)

I have tried this many times, but only get page not found.  It might be that the workspace name has an apostrophe, but I've tried to work around that as well.  Please advise.

Try this:

  • Click the Workspaces dropdown option from the top navigation bar

  • Select the Workspace you want to view

  • In the sidebar navigation, click "Workspace Settings" (see image below)

  • “Billing” will appear as a dropdown if you are admin of a paid workspace

I don’t have a “Workspace Settings” option in the sidebar.  But, I do have “Settings”.  Please note the chevron next to my avatar showing that I am an Admin.

Tim, you are looking at the righthand dropdown menu. Please look at the lefthand navigation. See attached screenshot

  • In the left sidebar, click "Settings" (see image below)

  • “Billing” will appear as a dropdown if you are admin of a paid workspace

I do not have the settings option on the lefthand navigation screen as shown on your screen.  I am learning that although I am admin on the workspace, I am just a guest of the owner who set the workspace up.  Does this information help?  Can I still get access to billing as a guest?  If not, can I transfer ownership of the workspace to me.  I need access to billing! Thanks!

Tim, guests cannot access the billing information. The current admin has to add you as an admin, and only then you will be able to access the billing page. What is confusing is that we have already gone through the steps to make me an Admin.  I showed in the beginning of this conversation an image that displayed the chevron beside my avatar.  I showed that to say that I am an Admin for the workspace.  Please advice.  I really need access to Billing.  Thanks!

We have determined that I am an Admin on the workspace and not for the account.  therefore, I do not have access to Billing.  The owner of the account would rather I not have full access to the account.  So, I am creating my own account and will be transferring the workspace over.  Thank you for your help with this.
