What happens when the 14 day Premium trial ends

Once your free trial ends, your workspace will go back to being free and you'll switch back to the free plan user.

Hi Celine!

It will not self-destruct. Your Trello content will not be affected when you cancel your Premium trial. But you will lose access to Premium features once the trial ends. You will need to cancel the trial subscription first before deleting your account. Here's how to cancel a Workspace plan or trial 

If you would like all your content deleted, please follow the steps below before you are able to delete your Trello account. 

1. Delete your boards
2. Delete your Workspace
3. Delete your Trello account

Hi Kristina! 

Your changes or Trello content will not be affected when you cancel your Premium trial. But you will lose access to Premium features once the trial ends.  

If you are using the Premium feature custom field, custom fields and their values are not deleted if a Workspace is downgraded to the Free plan. They will become temporarily unavailable, but will come back as soon as the Workspace is upgraded to a paid plan.
