Hi, y'all, I've been looking at getting Trello Standard for this yearly program I'm assisting with so the people taking part in the program have a workspace to work and collaborate on.

The issue is we'd be having a new group of people every year and we want the groups from previous years to be able to revisit the information/their work on Trello if they need. Our yearly budget doesn't compound, so we'd need to cancel the previous workspace subscription yearly in order to not run over budget. They don't need to be able to edit the boards afterward but we want them to be able to view them still.

So what happens once the subscription ends and there are more than 10 boards? I'm struggling to find any clear information on it. Does it just become read-only, or do the boards become entirely unviewable?

If you have more than 10 boards open, then your least active boards will be automatically closed. But you will be able to re-open them if you close the other open boards (maximum of 10 boards can be open in your free Workspace)
