What happen when a member of a team is no longer with the company, What happen to the data? Can the data be recovered? How? can the employee block the company or the rest of the team from accessing his or her data?

Thanks

Hi Oscar,

That depends a lot on the team configuration, the subscription level and who were the board admins.

If the board was a personal one (not a part of any team) or a private board on a free team, the only way to recover access to that data is by gaining access to the former employee's account.

That can be done if their email address belongs to the company. Your IT team or your email service provider can help you setting up a redirect from their email to yours, and that would allow you to reset their password and login.

If the board is on a Business Class team, the admin of that team can take over the board. If the board is on a free team, upgrading to Business Class or starting a free trial is also an option.
