Hello Trello Community,
I'm seeking urgent assistance regarding access to crucial Trello boards for a multinational public health climate change study funded by the US government. Our team has been experiencing delays in resolving access issues, and it's becoming increasingly problematic for our project's progress.
The boards in question were initially part of the IBM environment but have since been moved to a free workspace. However, members of our team, including myself, have been deactivated by the org admin, and we're unable to move the boards to our desired workspace.
Here's a brief overview of the situation:
The workspace containing our boards was removed from the IBM environment and became a free workspace.
Our team members were deactivated by the org admin, and we're unable to access the boards.
We need to move these boards to our designated workspace to continue our work.
This project is of significant importance, and any further delays could have serious implications for our research outcomes. We're looking for guidance on how to expedite this process and ensure that our team has uninterrupted access to these boards.
Has anyone faced a similar situation or can offer advice on how to resolve this issue? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Craig Parker
