I recently upgraded my account to Standard package and have been charged for $180 annually, which for 3 members:
+ 9 workspace guests
+ 2 workspace members
=> which are 11 in total
But after an hour revising the my need, I saw that if I leave all my team members as workspace guests (as we only need to work on a single board), the fee should be calculated as $60 for 1 instead of $180 for 3.
However, I revised it after being charged $180, so my question is, do I have to received $120 back? And later on, if I add/remove people during the billing period (annually), how should the payment be calculated?

I sent ticket to Trello/Atlassian support site and are waiting for their response. Will let you know the answer.

Atlassian team got me supported and they had adjust the number of billable users. I also got the refund (I think as of 30-days refund policy). The process is quick and seamlessly.
