Upgrade from free Trello account to business account

Hello,

We have set up a free account with 9 members. I would like to upgrade our account to a Business Account but don't want to loose our existing boards and cards.

 

How can I accomplish this?

So we don't have a team created yet. If I create a team and then sign up, do our existing boards automatically carry over to the paid account?
