Unable to upload Atlassian profile picture

I created a trello account and it got associated with Atlassian automatically. When I tried to change my profile picture, it redirected me to an Atlassian site. The field where I should click to upload a profile picture does not appear (as per screenshot).

I tried changing browsers and computer. I could change the profile picture of a partner's account in the same computer and browser where I tried mine and failed.

Amazon is having a bit of an outage at the moment and I think it might be affecting profile photos. I would try again tomorrow to see if it clears up.

Atlassian has got a lot of incidents. I recommend you to track them via their status page: https://status.atlassian.com
