Earlier I was using Trello account but after updating my pc with new hard disk I got my all data vanished and the same account is running in my iPhone but unable to operate in PC, which is mandatory to operate, I am facing issue to log in via link its showing that I already have a membership but can't join via email did-password it is showing wrong.

Atlassian allows an OAuth login to its products.  

Navigate to https://trello.com/en/login and remember the email that you used to create the Trello account and login using the same email id. With this, you should be good to go!
