After going through all the steps the promised verification email never arrives to complete the change. The process has defeated all of my attempts. Suggestions?

I have reviewed the logs for the account you used to create this post, and it seems that the emails are being delivered successfully. If you are still experiencing this issue, could you please try changing the email address again and then let us know the date and time when you did that? This will help us check the logs on our side.
