I am unable to see the billing page for my account to add new users. I am able to select it, but it is completely blank. There haven't been any permission changes.
I tried to create a support ticket and there was a warning that there are some connections issues and it might fail to submit. I submitted it and it said it couldn't submit and to try again. I also tried emailing support@trello.com and I received a message back saying they don't monitor that inbox anymore.
Any suggestions?

We did face some generalized issues with Trello on the 16th and I would assume that's why you were not able to submit a support ticket.
We are no longer using the support@trello.com, but you should now be able to submit a ticket here: http://trello.com/contact, which I believe would be the best channel for us to discuss billing issues.
