Does anyone have a solution for triggering a feedback survey when a card is moved to a list on Trello please?
We use our Trello board for people to post jobs. We have several columns and, when the job is done, the job card gets moved to the 'Completed' column. When this happens, we want to trigger a feedback survey so they can let us now how well we did.
automation? with buttons, I have this button that removes any deadlines and other dates from a card and moves in to done list when i press it, it should be also doable to add part to this where it triggers certain other action?
also butler with something like when card arrives in done list trigger survey?
