Trello help: account used for business extreme slow & chrashes

Hello,

We use a free Trello account as a planning tool for our daily business.

One team with around 40 members and around 15 boards. 

Since this week the board doesnt react (desktop version) after opening.

After a while it just crashes & you need to start up the app again.

Could anyone help me out? We use Trello in our daily business so pretty important.

@Kaitlin Barsch sounds like you probably have lots and lots of cards on the board.

If the interface is crashing you can still archive things, for example using the API.

Do you know of any lists that might have lots and lots of cards, that you could safely archive without losing critical information?
