We use ServiceTitan for managing customer jobs, sales, etc. We had a feature set up where any time a technician sells a door and fills out a door order form (the trigger), a card would be automatically generated to our Trello board. A form was recently updated and pushed to all locations, however, only one location is continuing to have cards autogenerate. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can troubleshoot within Trello to rule out any problems on this side of things?

As you are already aware, since those cards are created by the integration, the ServiceTitan team will be the best ones to inform you what might have caused their integration to fail, as we do not have the knowledge nor the tools on their integration to assist you with this one.
