Trello Premium - forced downgrade to Trello free

Since I didn't update my billing informations Trello says it will downgrade my subscription immediately although the renewal of the subscription will end of January.

How is that?

I would expect to have my Premium-functionality until end of January ...

Then please be clearer in your information. Currently I try to remove collaborators from workspace but obviously it doesn't work for whatever reasons. I'm pissed!

@Christoph Ziehmer I checked your Workspace and can see that the additional users were removed. Could you please confirm if the issue is solved? If you still have issues removing users, please share more details about how you're trying to remove them and a screenshot if you see any error messages.

@Carolina Lopez Now I'm Premium again but all the custom fields in my Kanban-Cards are gone, all individual adaptions ... if you downgrade for whatever reason, make sure it can be restored later ...

@Christoph Ziehmer Your Custom Fields should be restored after upgrading to Premium, and your data should remain safe. Could you kindly check your boards in an incognito browser window and see if the Custom Fields are visible? If they’re still missing, let me know, and I’ll be glad to create a support ticket to investigate further.
