Transfer my admin access on group shared board to new email address - won't let me

Hi, I need to transfer the Trello board I manage for our client (on free acct) from our old work email to our new business email.

I followed the steps to do this but it won't let me do this.
This is urgent now as our old business email addresses are expiring soon.

Is it because I have given access to the Trello board to my new email address as well?

If I understand correctly, you would like to change one email address to another. Is that correct? Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly change an email address to another that is already associated with an Atlassian/Trello account.

As a workaround, you can create a new email address and use it to replace the one you wish to change. Once that email address is free, you can then follow the same steps to change the original email address to the one you wanted initially.
