Transfer Trello Gold to a Different Team

I purchased Trello Gold for my Personal boards at the beginning of November thinking I would expand the number of boards and projects being coordinated through that team (I'm a solopreneur). Now I cannot create any new boards and take full advantage of my subscription. 

Is there a way to transfer Trello Gold to a new team or do I have to unsubscribe/resubscribe?
