The verification code is being sent to my old email address, can it not go to my cell number instead

Hi guys,

I am no longer using the email assigned to my Trello account - all my logins are still the same, I just can't get the verification code.

 

Is there no other way to verify, secondary email maybe?

Seems out of date not to be able to access my boards without that email, had the same with Linked In and I accessed my account with my image and ID.

 

Anything like this?

Welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in! I understand that you were locked out of their account because you don't have access to the email address.

Unfortunately, the only way to get back into the account, for now, is through your email and password and accessing the mailbox with the email code.

We have this feature request to provide alternative ways to verify the user instead of the email code, and I have added you as a +1 to this request: ID-8819. But for now, this solution is not available yet.
