The link I'm sending out to add users isn't working for some people. What can I do about that?

I added people via the site and by sending them a link in email.  2 of my team members can't access the site for some reason.  It keeps telling them the link is invalid or that they don't have permission.

Maybe what is happening is that some of them are logged into their Trello accounts in the browser and the other 2 don´t. So are you sure that once they click on the link are also signing in Trello when the screen you are talking about Pops up?
