Team member does not see boards list when clicking on 'Move' to move card to another board

I can click on 'Move' in any card and see a list of the different boards I can move it to when clicking on the Board name. My team member, who has the same access as I do to these boards, does not get that list of boards when she clicks on 'Move' and the Board name. How could we fix this?

Hm, what exactly does your team member see? It could be expected that their list of boards is not identical, depending on their memberships of each.

Or is it that she cannot see any boards at all, like some visual or UI trouble?
