Hi Mitch,
Are you perhaps talking about card labels? Or custom fields?
Also, are you logged into the same account from both computers?
Hi Jireh
Im talking about the tags that show up on the card in the board.
when creating a card there is a drop down menu that says "Add#tags"
when i do this on my board it shows up as the tag i created with a sort of circle/rectangle shape around it.
On the other board, it shows up as just the word with the # in front of it.
On this other board a different employee is logged in and he doesn't have the option to even add tags. Maybe he needs to upgrade the version he has?
We are running the free version
thanks for responding

Do you have any power-ups enabled on this board? Or do you have any browser extensions (like a chrome plugin) that are installed on your computer but not your coworker's computer?
Also, could you post a screenshot of the "Add#tags" button that you see?

Ah, these #tags are not core Trello features, meaning these are from either Power-Ups or browser extensions. Most likely the case is you have a Trello-related browser extension installed on your browser, but your co-worker doesn't.
