×Hi there,
About two days ago my Trello account stopped recognising name tags after the letter L.
For example: If i want to tag @marius he no longer exists in my list. Everyone else can tag him, but not me.
I tried to copy and past the name tag into my comments so i could continue manually, but then the message disappeared when i saved it.
I emptied my cache, and signed on in different browsers Firefox to Chrome - where it worked but I cannot always access chrome.
I changed to private browser in Firefox and Trello worked normally for 24 hours but now the same glitch has appeared there as well. I luckily have access to chrome today, but I cannot continue this way.
Can someone advise on how to fix this issue,
Thanks.
Hi @Krystel B !
If I understand correctly, tagging people works fine when working in the Chrome Browser. So to me it seems that it's not a Trello Problem but a Browser Problem.
Have you tried disabling any Firefox Browser Extensions, that might interfere with Trello? For example an ad-blocking extension.
Have you checked whether your Browser Version is up-to-date? Perhaps this is causing some unexpected behavior as well.
Let me know if this helped,
Mara
Hi thanks @Mara _bitvoodoo ag_
Chrome started having the same issues, so we logged out of all sessions, cleared the caches, restarted everything to no avail. We called the IT guy and by the time he came down... the network had resolved itself?
Either the cache clear worked, or our IT guy is magic.

I'm glad to hear it's working again, let's hope it stays that way! 🤞
(In my experience, IT people are generally indeed magic)
