I would like add tags (administration, finance, strategy etc) and estimated time to delivery in my checklists in Trello. Anyone that know how this is done?

To be sure I follow you, could you please clarify if you mean checklists in a card or a list containing cards? Once I'm sure which you are asking about, I'll be happy to discuss this further.

Thanks for letting me know. While we don't have a direct way to add a tag or label to a checklist or its items, I think using cards as your checklist items could work for you.
When adding checklist items, you can provide a link to a Trello card. This allows you or a team member to quickly view that card in the checklist along with any relevant labels or details like so:
The estimated due date is a Custom Field I added for this example, you could of course change this however you like.
