This week, let's dive into some poetry about Trello! One person will, as always, be randomly selected to win their own Taco plushie. I will go first. 

Roses are red
Taco is cute
Trello is agile
And useful to boot!

It helps run my day
And it isn't hard
Just create a new list
Then add a few cards

I like moving stuff
From "to do" to "it's done"
I love you Trello!
You're my number one!

You had me at "Hello", now we shall never say goodbye!
Learning all the automation, made this grown man cry!
From custom fields to pretty covers, and all that's in between;
A new world opened up my eyes, one I'd never before seen 🗺👀

A Butler here, a Power Up there,
and soon the cards were fading.
As Epics unfolded, and projects completed,
The nerdy fire was raging 🤓🔥

You helped me in my times of need, when stressed out to the max,
but also doing a good deed, or planning in some snacks. 🥕🥐

I need you more than ever now,
Don't you dare ever let me go.
For you and I, we are now one,
Fun Man Andy, and his Trello 😎💙

Bobby's first deadline, hours getting longer
He thought this will be a piece of cake
He couldn't be wronger
His PM looks like he's about to pull out a machete,
Bobby's hands are sweaty,
Code looks like Moms Spaghetti,
If there only was a way to organise this workload,
to tell me if I should use PHP, C# or JS Node,
Bobby remembered wise words of his fellow,
A proper Hackerman, who recommended Trello,
This moment is Bobbys' `to be or not to be`,
His notes are forever scattered in Sublime Text 3,
He now copies them and pastes into tidy tickets,
His hands in surgical moves, performing all those quick cuts,
"The night is still young" - he said quietly while pressing
Keys on his mechanical keyboard - "at least I am progressing!"
Few hours have passed, Bobby like tornado
spinning tickets, writing methods, molding code like play-doh,
By the morning he was done, software was released,
"What a Beast!" His PM complimented, 
Stress levels decreased,
"Trello was the answer!" he proudly exclaimed
"You should be ashamed for not using this gem!"

Which was used by many a fine fellow

It's easy to use

You really can't lose

Organizing work can make you mellow

I was never good at poetry, I've seen some real geniuses here! but here's mine, may Walt Whitman forgive me for this version...🙏🙏 (it almost doesn't rhyme...)

Oh, captain, my captain, our cards are finished,
Our board is empty, the prize we sought is won,
Delivery is near, notifications have stopped, people are cheering,
As we check the empty board and sing a song;

Entitled... The board member and the Trello-verse 

The board member and the Trello-verse designed a workspace

In a beautiful pacific-bridge board,
They took some cards, and plenty of tasks,
Wrapped up with automations and custom fields.
The board member looked up to the timelines above,
And sang to a small guitar,
"O lovely Trello! O Trello, my love,
What a beautiful Trello workspace you are,
You are,
You are!
What a beautiful Trello workspace you are!"

Trello-verse said to the board member, "You elegant user!
How charmingly sweet you work!
O let us be more! too long we have tarried:
But what shall we do for a board admin?"
They designed away, for a year and a day,
To the world where team collaboration grows
And there in a workspace Taco the dog stood
With premium features in the palm of his paw,
His paw,
His paw,
With premium features in the palm of his paw.

"Dear Taco, are you willing to sell for ten dollars
Your premium features?" Said Taco the dog, "I will."
So they took it away, and were admins next day
By Chorizo the cat who sleeps on the hill.
They dined on Power-Ups, and slices of dashboard views,
Which they worked with an awesome team;
And hand in hand, on the edge of the clouds,
They danced by the light of the workspace,
The workspace,
The workspace,
They danced by the light of the workspace.

Disclaimer: This poem was in no way related to The Owl and the Pussy-Cat before you ask 🤪  I hope everyone agrees though The Owl and the Pussy-Cat is a great poem (it was also one of my favourites growing up)!

Clutter and procrastination walk out the door
And with the fun backgrounds it's never a bore 
Taco the mascot makes sure you're on task

There's no chance of me writing a poem for myself, it's just not a skill I have.  I will plaigairise and adapt other poems I like though.

I humbly apologise to both Edgar Allan Poe and Spike Milligan, who are probably spinning in their graves as I type.

I made the mistake of winging a few things when trying to install Linux on my 2012 mbp. So this would be Trello gaming me up :P

The only look for what I’m witnessing, off to work, halfway through installing and partitioning.

Be humble and start slow, lofi and python, basic building blocks bro, white rice and the daikon.

It’s the only look your gonna git, boot files’ gone, and here you wonder where it went

Peep game now you notice nuance and nomenclature. 

Update your noggins node, because before white hat first learn how to code.
