'Source' information that we export out from Trello card into excel file disappear in excel view

Would like to seek assistance regarding a certain information that we export out from Trello card into excel file. One of the column tab 'source' information disappear when it view in the excel file. However, it is still shown in the Trello card information. Our Trello is link with Crmble business tools in Trello for keying in information. 

Anyone could verify how to resemble this issue. Picture below for reference. Thanks

@Isaac Lim  Is this export provided by CRMBLE or native Trello? Are you seeing other of the CRMBLE specific fields on your excel. ?

@Isaac Lim this seems like a bug with Crmble's export, you will need to get in touch with their support. The founder is on this community but I can't seem to tag him here for some reason ...

Toni here to help! Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the inconvenience we may cause.

We have received this bug regarding the sources when exporting to CSV/excel. Our developers are already into it so for the last released version will be updated. That will happen in a couple of days.

If you need something else just let me know!
