When I create a card and add the tracking number for FedEx for instance, it stays in processed and does not move to in transit nor delivered when delivered. The feature used to work and now does not. This is a card that is created from a template, could this be why? Anything we can do to show the movement of the tracking number? Thanks.

I suspect that something has changed on the Shippo API if this is no longer working.
