Sharing a Trello Board - Cannot View

When sharing a Trello board with a colleague, they can only view a blank board. It works fine for other colleagues. I have checked that their email address is correct, their permissions are correct and have also removed and re-added them to the board, but still they cannot see anything. I have also invited them using the link and set the permissions to 'anyone with this link can join as a member'. We are also within the permitted number of collaborators for the free plan.

Any ideas on how to resolve this would be useful.
